Your order is shipped via DHL.
All prices include the applicable value-added tax.
We charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 8.90 per order for deliveries within Germany.
We offer free shipping for orders over EUR 300.00.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer and provided the item is in stock, delivery within Germany takes place within 4–5 working days (in the case of agreed advance payment, from the time your payment instruction is issued).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered. If, for technical reasons, your order cannot be delivered in one go, we will also offer partial delivery. In this case, shipping costs will only be charged once. For environmental reasons, we prefer to ship the entire order together.
SHIPMENT TRACKING

SHIPPING PACKAGING
We would like to inform you that, for environmental reasons, we use recycled shipping boxes. This means that your parcel may occasionally be delivered in a box displaying a different logo. We appreciate your understanding and your support of our efforts to protect the environment.
