Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us – Caroline Hayashi, Dachauer Strasse 173, 80636 München, +49 (0)173 8930 832, info@kintei-sense.com) – of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to contracts
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely, among others, in the case of contracts
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
